One of the most effective ways to grow your business is through the use of events; seminars, workshops, webinars...

This month Ed Taylor is going to share many of the strategies and tactics he used to get booked for more than 1,200 paid speaking engagements (many paying $7,500 for a 2 hour presentation) and in the process build demand for his products and services.

You will learn how you can get started using speaking as a way to make money and build your business.

Prior to Ed's career as an Internet marketing speaker, consultant and service provider Ed owned a seminar promotion company. His clients included Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, T. Harv Eker and dozens of other top speakers and experts.

Ed will be joined by John David Van Hove this month. John has also used public speaking as channel to promote both his business and social agendas. John is the Founder of the Institute for Communications Resources INC - a global resource center platform for sourcing and syndicating dynamic digital "social media" content over the Internet.

John David Van Hove is also the Co-Organizer of the Ashland Resource Center and Cascadian Resource Center - a local and regional resource center for sharing events, projects, information and media in southern Oregon and building community.

John actively promotes many local and regional events and amongst other things he will be sharing specific social networking resources you can use locally to successfully promote your events.

The format of this meeting will be very interactive. It is our intention to address the specific needs of each attendee providing solutions and resources that will be usable by all in attendance to solve problems and increase bottom-line results.

Ashland Internet Marketing Group - Mission!

It's the mission of the Ashland Internet Marketing Group to serve ALL Rogue Valley businesses, especially what we might think of as conscious businesses. We meet from 4:30-6:30 p.m., on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Ashland Public Library, downstairs in the Gresham Room.

Meetings are typically very interactive with attendees asking questions and seeking answers that will help them build their business. It is AIMG's intention to address the specific needs of each attendee providing solutions and resources that will be usable to solve problems and increase bottom-line results.

AIMG is lead by Ed Taylor (see EdTaylor.com). Topics vary each month, most have to do with increasing the qualified visitors to websites using tactics like SEO, PPC, e-mail marketing, article marketing, webinars, etc. In addition to Ed Taylor there are often guest speakers sharing their expertise.
