A journey to awaken our memory to heal ourselves, to awaken the ancient wisdom sleeping within all of us. Through the power of wisdom circles, deep meditation, ancient healing and integrative dances we will co-create a healing circle where each one of us is a key piece of a mandala of presence and love. We will experience the power of a human circle with a common purpose of healing and awakening. Comfortable attire is recommended.Astrid is a spiritual teacher, medicine woman, musician and author from Chile who has been guiding awakening retreats, trainings, seminars, individual sessions and healing concerts all over the world for more than fifteen years.
