Hatha Yoga with Shawn M. Flot, M.P.T, E-RYT

Workshop includes inquiry, discussion and a gentle practice of movement and breath awareness to help with circulation, digestion and elimination.

Fall is an important transitional time.  It's the best time to release, recover, rejuvenate, and restore as nature and your body’s rhythms shift from production to restoration.  

This practice will complement any Fall cleansing activity you plan to do.
