Dear friends,

Join us for a Therapy/Coaching Intensive led by Adama Hamilton, Ron Kurtz' long-time friend and protégé.

Receive a therapy or coaching session with Adama.
Deepen your understanding of the Hakomi method as developed by Ron Kurtz.

Date:         Saturday-Sunday, March 23-24, 2013
Time:         9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Cost:         $250 for 2 days

Location:   T.B.A., Ashland, Oregon

We envision an intimate class of 8-10 participants, and need at least 8 to make the class a "go." Each participant will be guaranteed to either receive a session or to be coached in leading a session during the weekend. There may be space for 1-2 extra attendees on an "observer" basis (who would not lead or receive sessions). The fee for observer status is $100 per day.

Because of the short notice, we need sign-ups to happen as soon as possible. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if you'd like to register. Once you have registered, payment will be needed and expected whether or not you are able to attend.

NOTE: This Level 3 program is an advanced training. Anyone who has not had some Hakomi training should contact  Adama directly regarding appropriateness to participate. Only students who have completed the Core Curriculum will be facilitating sessions.

TO REGISTER:  email: send a message to info@hakomi.me or call (541) 708-0548

Each group is a unique experience.  We conduct the two-day course in the same way we would conduct a Hakomi session - by assessing the needs of the present group and weaving together the elements needed to provide students with an experiential and embodied understanding of the Hakomi method as refined by Ron Kurtz over many years.

Adama Hamilton

Adama apprenticed and co-taught with Ron Kurtz, originator of The Hakomi Method, during the last eight years of Ron's life.  He is described in this way by Ron, "I am happy to recommend my friend and co-leader, Adama Hamilton, to you. Adama has been with me, studying and co-teaching, for the last eight years. He has been my close associate throughout the refinements I have made to the Hakomi Method.

"Adama is extremely perceptive and sensitive. He possesses a highly developed, spiritual nature, including the ability to heal. Through the years, he has been an unfailing support for me, not just in the work we do together, but also in everyday life. His bright and loving ways are ever present. Whatever he does, he does with integrity and grace."

The impulse to heal is real and powerful and lies within the client. Our job is to evoke that healing power, to meet its tests and needs and to support it in its expression and development. We are not the healers; but happily, given the grace and skills required, we may be part of the process. ~ Ron Kurtz
