Do you often feel taken hostage by a harsh and punitive part of yourself? Have you ever started a project only to lose motivation midway?
This might be your critic's voice at work! Often it can crush spontaneity, limit freedom of expression and zap your physical and emotional energy.

While the critic's voice may be strong, your relationship with it can change!
Why suffer needlessly?  Start changing this painful pattern today!

This 6 week experiential workshop will help you to:
Understand how your Inner Critic is activated
Uncover your Critic’s positive intent for you
Learn more compassionate methods of self-motivation
Practice effective techniques to transform the critic's punitive style
Use new neuroscience to change brain patterns on a physiological level

Develop an Inner Coach who, like a good Mentor, supports your acceptance and appreciation

of yourself while encouraging you to take risks and reach for excellence!

Through psychoeducation, guided imagery, experiential exercises and interactive demonstrations, the group will drain the power from your Inner Critic and strengthen your nonjudgmental, and compassionate inner voice.
The intimate sharing in pairs and group discussions will normalize and clarify your personal experiences.
Ultimately, you will transform your relationship with yourself and return home empowered to create what you really want in your life.
