Join other mothers and fathers in the same stage of life for a dynamic, engaging class that addresses real childbirth issues and questions. Taught in the "Birthing From Within" Method pioneered by Pam England, this class will redefine how you think about and prepare for birth. Good birth preparation is so much more than assimilating obstetric information.
