Join us on Sunday, October 11th for a special evening of locally grown delights from Village Farm and a new American harvest menu from Peerless Restaurant sous chef Craig Fleischman. It is our third farm-to-table dinner of the season at will take place at 4pm at Restoration Farm in Ashland!Will Newman II of OSALT will speak about land trusts. www.osalt.org. OSALT holds land for use by future generations of growers and works with growers to conduct research and education on the lands protected. Village Farm holds the vision of a land trust.We have a donation scale of $50 - $70. This is a fundraiser for Village Farm. We are dedicated to spreading awareness and nurturing appreciation of healthy, locally grown food by connecting Ashland and greater Rogue Valley area residents with earth-friendly farmers, chefs, food artisans and advocates through our grassroots Farm-to-Table dinner series.
