Facilitating Success in the Workplace: Communication Tools for LeadersThursday, September 16, 2010Organizational leaders are invited to attend a one-day seminar on “Facilitating Success in the Workplace: Communication Tools for Leaders”. This highly interactive seminar, presented by Mediation Works, will teach communication skills for managers and supervisors that enhance their ability to get things done with and through their staff and colleagues. Participants will learn and practice ways to give effective feedback, speak persuasively without abrasiveness, empower, motivate and do so while strengthening relationship. The seminar will be held on Thursday, September 16th, 2010 from 8:30 am — 4:30 pm in Medford. Tuition: $95.00 (includes lunch and materials).
