The meeting will be facilitated by me (Ed Taylor). Over the last 18 months I have lost 110 pounds without the use of surgery, medication or weird "out of balance" diets.Who's Welcome? Everyone. If you are struggling to lose a few pounds, or if you would like to lose 100 or more pounds like I did, or if you have lost weight and would like to join- all are welcome.What's the Group About? I credit my weight loss and fitness success to "spirituality" & "mindset". This Group will focus primarily on mindset, psychology and belief systems and a little bit on diet, nutrition and exercise.Most of us know what we should eat and how we should move to lose weight and gain fitness. The challenge is consistently doing what we know. This group will help you identify and align core beliefs that will make it easy for you to eat, move and live in harmony with your true purpose.It's my intention to create a caring group of like minded people who will be supported and supporting as we each follow our own weight loss and fitness path.Why Attend?
