When the Body has Grounding ability,the feet are 'rooted” and Earth Medicine can be transferred...Being Rooted in the Body, stabilized by the Ground,mental, emotional and physical balance is “re-ordered”, and maintained through changes...A Rooted Body, is a vessel for Earth Energy to push up through,and Gravity to extend down into....Thus, a Human Being is “Charged” and emanates Cosmic Energy, made usable, by Grounding and the “1st connection”, to the Earth...Cosmic “Prana or Chi”, has an infinite and changeable nature that ranges from absolute power and phenomena, to total stillness and quiet...The Living Mother Earth is a micro-cosmic material vessel of universal Chi,as Humans are nano-cosmic vessels that draw life-force from Earth & Sky...When Cosmic Chi is “over-cultivated”, potential and possibility dominates and disperses consciousness and creation; limiting manifestation.The Middle Path is about how Change/Movement/ Balance are Harmonized.
