Monday night, May 9th from 7-8pm at One Heart Temple in Ashland, 262 Grant St #A, Shazna will discuss the profound reasoning for this series, at this time in our collective awakening. We must ground our awakening experiences and transform the past's hold on us. When we recycle the old experiences in our unconscious we become slaves to that everlasting experience. Today, we can easily free ourselves and lighten our load by these simple processes. Shazna will discuss where these process came from and how they can be so effective and gentle for us now.
