This is a weekly, one hour event. Currently, we are reading and discussing Eric Butterworth's, Spiritual Economics. The event includes affirmation recitation, healing prayer, guided and silent meditations and breathing exercises. Everyone is welcome. No text required, but available.*Winter road conditions should be considered. My answering machine will always report whether the meeting is canceled for the day in which case you should meditate at home!
