In 30 years as a Holistic practitioner, I’ve made it my goal to understand how back pain happens and how to help my clients and myself gain relief. I have become thoroughly convinced that back pain can best be alleviated or eliminated by addressing our unconscious emotional programs. In my personal experience, I had a recurrent 12 year back problem vanish almost instantly.We are programmed! From the time of conception onward, our tender human psyches have been bombarded with distorted consciousness. Whatever our parents, siblings, peers, & media said and did was installed in the subconscious and perceived as "truth" although most of the info was not true at all!Since these programs reside in the subconscious, they are not often on our radar screens. They are cycling in the background 24/7 and sabotaging our best conscious efforts to live a vibrant, harmonious life. In the case of back pain, messages are being sent through the body which precipitate adrenalin-driven fight or flight mode.
