Dancing People Company presents their 4th annual Winter Solstice dance performance and community dance, Call Back The Sun at the historic Ashland Armory December 19 and 20. The performance features new choreography with both seasoned and novice performers accompanied by many local musicians. They share the stage in an artful, uplifting gathering, whose theme is the return of heat and light that begins after winter’s longest night. Stay after the show for a celebratory community dance! Saturday December 19 at 7:30 pm and Sunday December 20 at 2:00 & 7:30 pm. Tickets are $15, $12 for matinee. Children under 12, $10 any show. Available at The Music Coop on A Street in Ashland; online at www.dancingpeople.com; or at the door.
