For the first time, the Daedalus Project, in partnership with the Ashland Independent Film Festival and Coming Attractions Theatres, will present a Film Fest examining the global HIV/AIDS crisis past and present. Join Ashland's premiere cultural institutions at the Varsity Theatre for a slate of thought-provoking, haunting, celebratory, maddening and inspiring original documentaries, including Blood Brother (winner of the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival), How to Survive a Plague (2012 Academy Award-nominee for Best Documentary) and more. The Daedalus Film Fest will also feature a free panel discussion on Monday, August 19 with selected filmmakers as well as members of the OSF community.
