Couples/Pairs, whether family or friends, will learn massage for home use, health and happiness, and improve loving relationships with respect and trustful communication. Fun, enjoyable and relaxing instruction!
Massage can improve the health of all systems, relieve muscle aches and pains, aide digestion, immunity, as well as hormonal and emotional balance. Learn together for a lifetime skill of massage.
Weekly for 5 weeks, progressive:
1st Week - Hands & Feet, proper body mechanics.
2nd Week - Body front
3rd Week - Upper body, front and back
4th Week - Body back
*5th/Final Week - Complete routine. *must attend at least one other class to attend the final class.
Cost: $55. per class/per pair $185. per series/per pair
