The public is invited to a free presentation on Cooking for Fun (or Two on a Budget) sponsored by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at SOU on Wednesday, October 21 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. This presentation and demonstration by Marilyn Moore will focus on cooking simple meals and food safety considerations. Ms. Moore is a Certified Culinary Educator who has taught Professional Cooking in a Commercial Kitchen at Rogue Community College, Food and Beverage Management at Southern Oregon University and a number of community cooking classes. The program will be held in Room D of the SOU Campbell Center on 655 Frances Lane in Ashland. More information is available at www.sou.edu/olli or by calling 552-6048.
