HANDS-ON KNIFE SKILLS: VEGETABLES & FRUITSKnives are the most commonly used tool in the kitchen, yet most cooks have not mastered the skills that can enable them to slice, chop, dice, and mince effectively and efficiently.

Join Matthew for a fun and informative evening, and learn about knife techniques and tips that will make you more proficient and confident in the kitchen.
