You are invited to a one-day seminar that will show you how to stop avoiding conflict, recognize the issues and conflict styles of others and hone your skills when tensions get high. If you or someone you know might be interested in taking Conflict Resolution Training, this is the perfect class to get started or refresh skills that have grown rusty.

Mediation Works is offering Conflict Resolution Training on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the Oregon Education Association building at 2495 S. Pacific Hwy., Medford, OR 97501.  In this highly interactive seminar participants will gain knowledge and the essential skills necessary for effective conflict resolution.  A variety of conflict intervention strategies will be explored and participants will examine their own conflict management patterns and learn to recognize constructive and destructive responses to conflict.  By the end of the day participants will have had the opportunity to apply new knowledge and develop true skills in transforming disagreements into effective and powerful interaction.  This training is a great introduction to all other Mediation Works trainings and is considered a vital foundation in conflict resolution skill building.  Tuition is $95.00 and includes all course materials and lunch.  Join us for a fun, fast paced educational day.  Registration ends 4:00 pm on October 26th. Click here to register, space is limited. For information about possible discounts or other questions, call our office at (541) 770-2468.
