This Workshop is for bodyworkers, health practitioners, and interested others, who would like to learn gentle yet effective modalities for treating whiplash and neck pain without causing unnecessary discomfort. Utilizing a holistic approach, you will learn how to give compassionate, gentle attention, and emotional support to people who are suffering from physical and emotional injuries. We will practice working with the entire being,through touch, self care, attention, intention, and most importantly presence.Lynnea Forderer, LMT#9232, CHT has practiced for over 14 years and has been teaching bodywork classes from the Esalen Massage tradition and Visionary CranioSacral Work of Hugh Milne. She is certified in Esalen Deep Tissue & Massage and is a certified Hypnotherapist. She is honored to be taking part in a 2-year Esalen Massage Teachers Training lead by Perry Hollomann, a world-renowned teacher in this field. She continues to deepen her understanding of the art & science of CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Healing Touch and Yoga. She is a Sufi and follows the path of the heart.
