Kagyu Sukha Chöling, Center for the Practice & Study of Tibetan Buddhism, invites the community to a weekend of teachings by Venerable Lama Lodru Rinpoche, KSC's Spiritual Director. The weekend will include instruction and guidance in Calm Abiding and Insight Meditations, and the Empowerment (ritual transmission) for the Vajrasattva practice - a purification practice that utilizes visualization and mantra recitation.
