Kagyu Sukha Chöling, the Buddhist Center located at 109 Clear Creek Dr., Ashland, invites the community to a Nonresidential Retreat with Lama Sarah Harding entitled: Teachings and Meditations Seeking Niguma, Lady of Illusion. The theme of this weekend will be "What is illusion? What is reality?" We will be introduced to Niguma, a Kashmiri woman whose teachings became the core of the Shangpa lineage, one of the Eight Great Practice Lineages of Tibet. Lama Sarah will use Niguma as an example to pursue the mystery of the feminine principle in Tibetan Buddhism. Lama Sarah is a teacher and translator, and has been a faculty member at Naropa University in Boulder since 1992, where she is an Associate Professor. She is a lama in the Shangpa Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.

Suggested donation: $25 per session; cash or check only. Pre-registration is not required.
