Qi Gong &/or Chi Kung is an ancient practice utilizing various movements to help move "Qi", the bodies internal energy, to improve health by balancing and cultivating the flow of this subtle energy throughout our mind/body.This 60-90 minute class will introduce you to very simple, gentle movements, breathing patterns and sounds which can help free up stagnant energy,balance yin/yang energies, and help to teach the body to move gracefully & fluidly, relieving stress, pain and leaving one feeling rejuvenated and clear minded.The teacher has practiced for six years and loves sharing these simple, yet profoundly healing movements.Dates: Tuesdays: 6-7:30p.m. (repeating weekly)2nd and 4th Thursdays: 7:30p.m.-9p.mLocation: Jackson WellSprings Community Room (Dojo)Sliding Scale: $10-$15 per class or pay monthly(4 classes = $35)none turned away for lack of fundsJaya Sita RamJaya Jaya HanumanOm Namo BhagavateOMQi Gong_1.2.pub
