Award-winning banjoist Tony Trischka presents Bluegrass Banjo and Beyond, a workshop for all levels of banjo players. Trischka has been performing and teaching for over 40 years. In 2009, Trischka launched his on-line Tony Trischka School of Banjo, an interactive school where students also post their own videos to be critiqued.
Trischka taught and performs with Bela Fleck. He also performs with Steve Martin, who appears on Trischka’s CD Double Banjo Bluegrass Spectacular. In addition, Trischka produced Martin’s CD Rare Bird Alert. Trischka is the music director for the PBS special Give Me the Banjo narrated by Martin.
