The Awakening the Dreamer: Changing the Dream Symposium will be offered here in Ashland on the afternoon of Saturday, January 26, 12:30-5:00 p.m. at the SOU Stevenson Union, room 319. There is no charge for the event and pre-registration is required at:  http://awakeningthedreamerashland.eventbrite.com

This Symposium is a multimedia interactive presentation developed by The Pachamama Alliance and offered in over 70 countries. In the Symposium, you will be invited to explore where we are as a human family, how we got here, and what's possible now. This is not a workshop about recycling (although it certainly might inspire you to pay more attention to that), but rather it is a profound reflection on the worldview we share in the modern world and an invitation to explore the possibility of moving into another worldview--one that better supports us in being "an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, socially just" human presence on the planet.

The event in Ashland on January 26 is sponsored by ECOS, the Ecology Center of the Siskiyous at SOU. For more information, visit the pre-registration page, or contact Lorraine Cook at lorraine.r.cook@gmail.com.
