Awakening Heart 
Ceremony, Shadow Work and Illumination for Alchemical Transformation

These meetings are an opportunity to gather together in sacred space to dive deeply into the true capacity of our hearts to include all that we are. Hatun Sonqo is a Quechua word used amongst the Q’ero tribe in Peru which means All Inclusive Heart. We will participate in ancient indigenous ceremony and gather together in circle in support of turning towards and including any parts of our self (our shadow) that we have denied, suppressed, or projected out. Ceremony supports us in deepening our connection and coming into a dynamic sacred reciprocity with Mother Earth and all of her directions, The Apus (Sacred Mountains we are connected to), and spiritual realms of support, inner guidance and each other. In embracing and becoming more intimate with the highs and the lows, the light and the dark, our pains and our joys, we can discover embodied wisdom, authenticity, power, clarity, maturity, openness, wholeness and greater compassion and love.

Courtney has traveled extensively and has been blessed to study with incredible teachers and healers. In 1996, she met Gangaji and discovered the living radiance of her own heart. She lived in Brazil at John of Godʼs healing center for two years which deepened her receptivity to working with loving guides. She travels frequently to Peru and Bolivia, participating in ancient ceremonies with Q'ero elders. Courtney recently completed training practicum with Robert and Diane Masters. This training offers an exceptionally effective approach to integrating psychotherapy, spirituality, and bodywork to address the whole of a person and their life circumstances.
