LET'S WRITE A MYSTERY TOGETHER

A hands-on workshop on how to write a short story or novel beginning with only
setting, character(s) and an event.

This seat-of-the-pants writing requires no outlining. A great exercise if you
are paralyzed with writer's block or wish to add freshness to your craft.

You take five minutes to write a beginning scene. These will then be read to the
group. After choosing the one we like, we collectively "write" the rest of the
story or book. Great fun!

Please do not write anything ahead of time. This is a class in spontaneity.
