FITNESS BOOT CAMP (CO-ED)
Boot camp is a challenging, fun and effective fitness program designed to deliver maximum results. We combine activities like push-ups, agility exercises, resistance training, abdominals, power squats, speed drills, obstacle courses and endurance challenges to create a fun and rewarding total body workout.
All boot camps are led by Tiazza Rose, certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist www.tiazza.com
What you need: Mat, towel, water, pair of dumbbells (5-20 lbs)
