"Arts and Tourism" will be the focus of the Arts Council of Southern Oregon's fourth "Summit," to be held 8:30 am to 3 pm on Tuesday, October 5 at Twin Creeks Retirement Facility, 888 Twin Creeks Crossing, in Central Point. Guest speakers include Cynthia Fuhrman, Marketing Director for Portland Center Stage and former Oregon State Senator, Evergreen Bank CEO and arts advocate Brady Adams. A panel discussion will also be held featuring Gardner Chappell, President, Oregon Museum Association; Carolyn Hill, CEO, Southern Oregon Visitors Association; Anne Jenkins, Medford Visitors Convention Bureau; Kerrie Walters, Grants Pass Visitor and Convention Bureau; and Katharine Flanagan from Ashland Chamber of Commerce and Visitor and Convention Bureau. Cost is $25; walk-ins are welcome. Continental breakfast and lunch are included in the fee.
