This is a weekly one hour class for beginner level yoga stretches and basic flexibility stretches. You don't need any prior yoga experience. This is a casual, informal and fun way to learn yoga and strengthen muscle tone, learn relaxation breathing and improve the mind-body connection. Everyone is welcome. Bring a mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. *Winter road conditions should be considered - my answering machine will always report whether or not the class is canceled for the night - in which case you should stretch at home!
