Join the SOU community for the 9th annual Southern Oregon Arts & Research conference, held May 16-20 on the Ashland campus.
SOAR highlights the broad range of academics, creativity, achievements and services at Southern Oregon University with projects from all areas of university life. The conference features a variety of presentations, performances, demonstrations and exhibitions taking place throughout each day. SOAR participants represent all areas of study at SOU, as well as the many student- and community-oriented programs organized by the university.
This year’s program includes several exciting events, such as the Meet the Artists opening reception for art exhibitions, the Digital Cinema Student Showcase featuring student-produced films, and a guerilla theatre production of Shakespeare’s As You Like It.
