Women Entrepreneurs of Southern Oregon (WESO) will host their 18th annual Entrepreneur Expo on March 21 from 12 to 4 pm at the Inn at the Commons, Grand Ballroom, Medford, Oregon.
The Expo is a combination trade show and networking event for entrepreneurs in the Rogue Valley and beyond looking to build their businesses. The event offers valuable time for hundreds of business owners and customers to connect while taking advantage of the concurrent trade show.
"It's the perfect event for our organization to show what entrepreneurs bring to the Rogue Valley," says Lisa Schweickert, WESO Expo Director. "We encourage women, men and families to come and take in all the Expo has to offer."
The Expo also helps attendees learn about WESO membership and how it serves the Valley. "Local businesses enrich our Valley by providing economic stimulus, community building and vibrancy," says Mary Fitzsimmons, WESO President and owner of Rogue Valley Tutoring Center. "There are many different groups in the valley for business owners, and we want to share all of the benefits of a WESO membership."
This event also benefits Community Works - Dunn House Shelter, which provides a safe refuge and support services for women and children to help them escape from domestic or sexual abuse, stalking, trafficking and date violence.
The event is free and open to the public. Join in the fun, including shopping, prize drawings and a scavenger hunt. Vendors interested in participating can find information at www.wesoweb.org.
WESO is a non-profit association of dynamic entrepreneurs helping each other achieve business goals through networking, education and inspiration.
