In this 10 week series beginning Jan 20th, Vrnda will incorporate the 5 YAMAS (non-violence, truth, non-stealing, continence and non-hoarding) and the 5 NIYAMAS (cleanliness, contentment, discipline, self-study and surrender) into her yoga classes.
