Le Cirque Centre's 'Holiday Show'December 4th 7:30pm, December 5th 3:00pmLe Cirque Centre's children and adult students, our circus family, will take to the air to celebrate the holiday season. Le Cirque's aerial theatre is the place to be on December 4th at 7:30pm and december 5th at 3:00pm. The evening will also premiere A multidimensional performance by Le Cirque's adult professional Dance Company 'Tilt' and students on aerial hoop, aerial fabric, chandelier, silk cloud, High Trapeze, and Dance Trapeze. Special guest artists from the Rogue Rock Gym will highlight Tilts new work 'Vortex' "a journey into the great spin".Lorenzo SantaBarbara,artistic director and choreographerof Le Cirque Centre, applauds the the vibrancy and creativity of the students in their aerial masterpieces. The dances include extraordinary drops and graceful pauses to musical selections fit for each new work.Tilt Dance Theatre which includes five professional dancers: Shayne Carnahan,Diane Horbacewiez, Mary Londos, Felice, and Aristic director/choreographer Lorenzo Santabarbara.The Company Premieres' the opening scene of their new theatrical dance 'Vortex' which includes guest artists from the Rogue Rock Gym. 'Vortex' provokes thought and intrigues the audience with its intricate dances both in the air and on the floor. Tilts unique style of fusing aerial and floor dance into a theatrical production with a message, is arousing attention not only in Ashland but in other locations on the west coast.
