  • Hey, is this the Miaya who I saw again at Wellsprings tonight? I can't quite make out the picture... The moving tender poetry, one i think of as 'Survive the Lies', right?
Well, here's a spontaneous poem in this moment:
    Wishing well is grieving well.
Inside information tells me when to sell
    and when to hold.
Hold on to what you think you know
bcause the only way to love is letting go.
Hold on to what you think is you,
because all else would only guide you through
    these storms and sunrises,
    favorite mysteries and familiar surprises,
    becalmed by safe fears
    cheered by sorrow's tears;
for then we need not grasp
the truth that changes all that
with no kind hand to clasp
we cling to know not what.
    You see? We're blinded
in a world of dazzling light,
only made to see in shadows.
    We peer with fierce effort,
seeking sights that only shine within,
    eager to tell, recite, sing,
when whispers are the loudest means
and silence the one true thing.
